This is the kind of place that makes shopping in person better than shopping online. Treated my 3 young kids like their own as we browsed their selection. Big selection, big personalities, Big Dog Comics is the place to go.

What a great experience, I went there in may of 2023 from Pennsylvania and had a blast digging through all the bronze and silver age books. The owner and I hit it off and talked comics for over a hour. i picked up 3 books and he gave me a discount. i love old school comic shops. You always find good stuff that hasn't been picked through. Go in with a open mind and dig through everything you never know what you might find.

If your like me and like to fill in runs I'm telling you don't sleep on big dog comics. When I walked in and saw a happy mess I knew I was in the right place. The owner is great soild dude. Through our conversation you knew he was very knowledgeable. He has a great inventory. I had great experience and highly recommended this shop. If you like collecting toys, filling in runs, graphic novels, or new stuff you have to check Big Dogs comics out.

Really great experiences here. We’re from out of town but everytime we go to the area, we stop by. There is a great selection of games and warhammer. Friendly and funny owner. Can’t remember his name but he’s always helpful and has a great selection. His wife is also great. Highly recommend.

What a hidden gem! Last month, while my sons and I were getting our car tinted at SunStoppers, we noticed Big Dog Comics store across the street and decided to check it out while we waited. The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the collection! You can tell the owner has a deep passion for comics, figures, and collectibles he has so much to offer, it’s like walking into a treasure trove. We honestly spent hours there. We just couldn’t leave! Now before anyone rushes to judge — yes, the shop might seem messy at first glance. But please be mindful: the owner and his wife are incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly put their heart into what they do. Life can get busy, and when you’ve got a collection this massive, organizing every single piece is a challenge. But trust me — the magic is still there. To top it all off, the owner knew some sign language, which made our visit even more special. That small connection meant a lot to us. We left with a bag full of comics, hot wheels, figures and smiles on our faces. We’ll definitely be back and we highly recommend you check it out too. Whether you're a collector or just browsing, you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll love.

This is by far the best and most interesting shop in the area. Honestly I was let down by the other shops. Real collectors will love this place. It touches base with new and vintage comics and collectibles. This place is a gold mine of unique treasures that pique the interest of a well seasoned collector like me. The owners were so sweet and far more knowledgeable, engaging and fun than any of my other stops of the day. I travel the world going to different comic shops and if you’re in the area this is a must-see. Don’t come in with a plan but definitely come in with money in hand: you’ll be leaving with something.
